The heater didn’t work, moved rooms, the toilet didn’t flush, moved rooms AGAIN and it smelled like cigarettes and there were burn holes in the linens. The girl at the desk was very accommodating and helpful and apologized profusely.

The rooms are old and dated. The couches were very old and not clean to sit on. The bathroom wall had holes in it. And our car got shot up at 1:30 am in the parking lot and no one or cameras saw anything.

The room was dirty. I had to ask for replacement towels because the housekeeper didn’t leave new towels. When I had used towels, they told me to bring my towels to the front desk in order to get new towels. The front desk young lady was extremely rude when I told her my key didn’t work and that I needed towels because housekeeping wasn’t leaving towels. The bathroom was filthy. I had to clean the whole bathroom before I could use it. The housekeeper only made the beds and dumped the garbage. The toilet tissue rolls were not replaced after each guest. I am highly disappointed and upset.

First they wouldn’t change my dates . So I had to pay for 1 night that I didn’t stay then I go to eat the free breakfast that they advertise and the waffle machine is dirty and also out of waffle mix. The juice is out and the milk is spoiled . I go to the front desk and the owner states we can’t refill any thing . Once it is out it’s out. No more. It was 8:00 it states 6:00 - 9:00 am. And he was really rude about the whole situation. Will never stay at any Days Inn again.

First, it took staff almost 5 min to even wake up and come to the locked door. Next, the room smelled like smoke and was dirty with even used toilet paper stuck to bathroom doors. Lastly, went to “breakfast” and there was literally only a few already bruised and old apples and two bagels and a couple pieces of toast for breakfast! The waffle machine was broken, no coffee cups at all, juice machine was messed up and it did not look like a place I would want to eat. I travel to a lot of third world countries so I am ok with certain things but this was BAD!!

Not safe!
The area is very unsafe! I was woken up at 11:30 am by a fight outside our room. It went on until 1:30 am. The people kept knocking on our hotel door. It was scary! I was afraid if I called the front desk the people would retaliate so did not. Not sure they would have done anything because there were about 30 people in the parking lot. No restaurants around and lots of vacant buildings all around. In the morning I woke up to 2 police cars in the parking lot talking to some people.

Terrible communication/non accommodating staff
This hotel gave my room away with no notification. Christa was rude and not accommodating and no effort was made to get me another room. I was told the card I used wouldnt work but no call, email or any notifcation was given to me that there was a problem. They also gave several of my other friends rooms away also with no notification. This was supposed to be a guaranteed booking and a pay at hotel upon arrival.

People should be made aware that a $50 cash deposit is required regardless of your form of payment. I don't travel with a lot of cash, so I was not real happy with this. Also, only one coffee packet in the room for two people and the front desk staff said they didn't have any idea where the coffee was and couldn't give us any more tonight. Not particularly clean and doesn't feel like the best location in the world, but thankfully it's only one night. No clean access, no frills anyway shape or form.

It needs an update. There were stains on the walls and the floor. The bedspread had cigarette burns in three places. The “hot” water was barely warm. There was a crack/hole in the bottom of the tub. The bathroom ceiling was only partially painted and the vent for the bathroom was hanging on by one screw. The shampoo and conditioner are in packets that require scissors to open. No coffee, only two bags of tea out of a bulk pack. The couch was so dirty and old I didn’t use it. I used the desk chair instead which had a big white stain in the seat and was torn around the edges. The tv and the rest of the furniture looked new or at least in better condition. The coffee in the breakfast area was watered down. The staff was nice the few times I spoke with them.

Terrible! Arrived around 9:30 pm, after driving since 5:00 am. Had to present my card to front desk. That was fine, however ( I will say my fault here) she had me since forms presented room keys, didn’t give my card back. Again my lack of attention. Room 103 had cobwebs in the corners, carpet and bathroom weren’t the greatest. Upon realizing I left my card. An additional 143.00 was charged to my card by Days Inn in Pine Bluff Arkansas. Contacted hotel manager, she was going to check on this….so far no response. Do not stay here!
