"I loved the hotel itself. Very nice, clean and overall it was perfect. The welcome we got when we arrived was very good but I do think that the staff can be a little friendlier like in the "to go" area "

"Staying at the oasis is actually been an oasis it starts from as soon as you get to the resort they greet you personally they treat you like a special guest with cold towels and local tropical drinks. They have you already ready to go into your room they show you around what’s available and they just want you to have a great vacation Everyone there was super polite super personal and I would definitely go again. It really made the vacation easy and fun. "

"One of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been to. Rooms were beautiful (crown molding, chandeliers, comfy bedding) Loved the complimentary breakfast every morning and able to grab bottled water every day out of the coolers by the pool. We enjoyed the restaurants and bars on property as well as a great massage at the spa. Super duper friendly staff! We did some private boat excursions at Caicos Dream Tours (their beach hut is just out on the beach next door, highly recommend them) One of our absolute most favorite vacations to date. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room had a kitchen including washers dryer which was very useful to us. Crystal clear water and white sandy beaches were clean and family friendly. "
"The best thing about this place is the staff. They are kind, helpful and accommodating. We had a wonderful time. The pool, the food and the beach were amazing. Thank you, Ports of Call Staff!"

"Small quiet resort. Very safe. The staff is very polite and friendly. The rooms are clean. The pillows require an update. Only one restaurant with bar. The food is acceptable but expensive. Cocktails are 14- 20 USD, a glass of wine is 15 USD, a bottle of beer is 8 USD. There are excellent restaurants around, steps away from the resort, except Aziza. The supermarket is 15- 20 min walk away. The prices are triple compare to US. The beach is exceptional, with white sand and blue shallow waters. Long walks along the deserted beaches of the Grace Bay were fantastic. Watersports are free except parasailing. Overall our stay was excellent."

"Best trip I’ve ever been on. The hotel is better than I even expected - we rented an oceanfront suite and were blown away by the views every morning. The resort, and all of the amenities, are clean and well kept. Every meal we had was better than the last. Of all the employees at the resort, Trishauna working the pool bar was by far the BEST and sweetest. She is so personable, attentive, and gave us great recommendations. Mustafa, who welcomed us, was also very nice & helpful as we settled in. We will absolutely be back to see the beautiful water and say hi to Trishauna! I can’t say enough good things about her. "
