“The pictures do not quite match the space. The "couch" in the living room is not actually a couch. It was very very uncomfortable as was the bed. It felt like it was a futon mattress and that is just too hard of a mattress for a vast majority of people. Not a great choice for a rental considering all types of people come to stay.The apartment was really cute but there was way too much furniture for how small the space is. “Description and photos set appropriate expectations. Yes, there is an elevated train outside the door. Did it bother us? No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. The studio was clean, the host communicated quickly and clearly when the VRBO website didn't so that we had no delay in checking in, the toiletry amenities were unexpected and thoughtful, and the prepared notebook of options for restaurants and places to visit was appreciated. “The whole process was smooth. They live walking distance to a pub, Betsey Ross house and many of the tourist sites. They have little touches like hygiene items, spices, coffee included. We also enjoyed the roof top patio for a drink and views of the Delaware River.”
