"Small nice rooms"

"On this occasion there was an administration error and the hotel rebooked us into a more expensive high end resort hotel to compensate us. This was completely hassle free and was very much appreciated. They carried all the costs. Nice! I have stayed in this hotel previously and it is a good quality, clean, safe hotel which is near by some excellent restaurants in Umhlanga Rocks. They obviously care about customer experience. "

"Very nice stay at Blue Waters. The view was great. Just a couple of negatives. There was a puddle of water in my bathroom next to the toilet when I returned in the afternoon. One of my towels had blue stains all over it. But overall it was a nice comfortable stay. Clean room and very comfortable bed with much needed AC. Again, the view was the absolute best. Oh and the breakfast in the more was well prepared and very delicious. The staff absolute top notch, a 10/10. "

"Had a great stay. The bile and the other staff are always so helpful which is why we bring our tours here every year. They helped with restaurant choices, rooming changes and even a van to the airport one time. And, um, THEY'RE ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH! "

"The Hotel is well placed for families because the restaurants, casino, movie theatre are downstairs which is convenient. The rooms are clean and functional however, the cleaners need to pay attention to detail as there is noticeable black mildew buildup in the shower. Vegetarian breakfast must be requested although the chef frying the eggs seemed to take my request grudgingly. "

"Easy and Comfortable sray, the staff are so welcoming and efficient at check-in. The hotelnis nuce and clean, a bit dated (my opinion) but a good, wholesome experience. The room is nice and neat, the shower us really good, big enough and very relsxing after a long day. That bed, I want to stick it in my bag and take it home. The breakfast, very good, decent variety and tasty and generous. Overall, impressive, I would return. "
