“Overall nice property. Lots of parking around the building, very solid breakfast, quiet rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Didn't use pool but looked nice as well. Staff sometimes not always available at front desk to make purchases from from commissary so perhaps adding a self check out would be good. Would definitely stay again.”

“Watch out! I picked this hotel because it had a shuttle to the airport, BUT when checking in, I was informed that they did NOT have a shuttle on weekends. The front desk was very combative and blamed me, and then Expedia, for the mistake. When I showed them the Holiday Inn website saying that a shuttle was available every day, they said "well you can get Uber or a taxi". A big added cost that should not have happened.”

“Booked a last minute reservation in the evening. Upon arriving I was met with the front desk employee (Sherry) who was extremely rude during the entire time while I was trying to check in. Very unprofessional and was using her personal cell phone. Tried to state my payment was declined and requested an additional payment without looking into my reservation. Wanted to dismiss me quickly only until another employee came and helped me. If this hotel wasn't a last resort, I would have booked……

“Do NOT believe any of the positive reviews you read about this “hotel.” They were not written by anyone who stayed there. They were either written by the owners or paid reviews. We unfortunately booked this late at night going home or I never would have stayed there. The smell as you walk in is overwhelming of curry and doesn’t get any better in the rooms. You can’t open the windows for relief. I slept with a shirt tied over my face all night. It was dirty with filth around the toilet, dusty old……
