"Staff was really unprofessional. They kicked us out of the hotel. They said the room smelled like smoke even though no one was smoking in the room. We smoked outside and even told the staff that. Asked them to look on the cameras and they could clearly see me outside smoking. Also asked them to come in and check the room out for themselves. They refused to even look in the room. They just kicked us out with no proof whatsoever. This hotel is just a scam to steal peoples money. Not to mention they wanted you to pay for dishware and cookware for the suite we were staying in. I have never booked a suite that has a kitchen in it and it not come stocked with supplies for their clients. Will never be staying here again."
