“Cojimos aposta la suite romantica con jacuzzi al llegar nos dan la llave en un sitio el apartamento en otro .el jacuzzi no funcionaba .llamamis y no nos cojen el telefono..y el aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba con lo cual muertos de frio toda la noche .la bañera estaba sujeta el revestimiento con celo y las puertas comidas el marco por abajo .un desastre .queremos pones reclamacion pero no pudimos pues al dejar la llave no habia nadie ”

“Description for the hotel is totally accurate. Rooms were nice and WiFi and A/C were great. However, it's a bit away from the action in Madrid if that's what you're looking for. About a 30-40 minute bus ride or 15-20 minute Taxi from the Suites.
I do believe there are permanent residents here as well. The Suites are heavily gated and the area isn't particularly clean. Easy walk to the bus and metro stops.
All and all the place itself was great. Staying in Villaverde district for tourists……
