Fine hotel

Nice hotel close to restaurants right in town easy access to everything.Great room fine finishes, Comfortable beds, clean.dogs welcome,Plenty of grass outside to walk them out plenty of grass outside to take walks on. Close to a nice trail too.only problem with Smokers by the back door. Other than that great place to stay.

Pros: The Hotel was perfect in every way except one little thing that was of no fault to the hotel. The nearby train woke me up a few times through the nigh
Cons: Guess you can’t get rid of the train.
Everything about the hotel was great except for one little thing that they have no control of. The close by train woke me up a few times through the night. No biggie!

Clean and comfortable

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable, should have been a great weekend but they let a large loud party go on until 1:30 AM in the room that adjoined ours and also there are no closable drapes only shears. What looks like drapes are actually just decorations, they don't close. I don't think I slept an hour all night because the streetlights were shining in my eyes.

I want to apologize for your not so fun stay at the Comfort Inn. For future stays I would like to explain that there are blackout curtains behind the shears that you can pull close to block out the lighting. I am very sorry that you did not get rest while you were here. Please stay with us again so that we can demonstrate a better stay for you.

Nice hotel close to everything

I have stayed here before and I would stay here again. The rate is good for what you receive. The location is great near restaurants and a movie theater

Greatvhotel for the price. Only downfall is the train that goes through. Comfortable beds.

Miss Piqua holiday weekend

Not a good experience

Pros: Towels and food service. Front desk clerk on check in.
Cons: See above issues and go from there. Perhaps there are rooms that should be very cheap or taken out of service. Overcharge should be resolved immed.
Location: Location was convenient. N/A on activities.
Not a very good experience. First booked into a room near vending machines & elevators - noisy. Then, after requesting change, into a room overlooking freeway, again , very loud so sleepless night. Then to top it off, overcharged and when I tried to get the charges off, was told manager was unavailable but they would take charges off. NOPE. Also, second room had "new" (renovated) bath with sink that leaked water so had to put a towel around it to keep from water spilling over onto my personal items and onto the floor. Considering room cost in range of over $150/night, VERY DISAPPOINTING. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. While waiting to request room change 1st time and speak with manager 2nd on checkout, there were customers waiting to voice dissatisfaction for various reasons (of course, we all chatted about what was going on individually with our rooms and service.

A very good hotel, but with a a couple of quirks

Cons: opaque curtains that slide to cover the whole window auto setting on the climate control unit
It's a very nice hotel. We overall enjoyed our stay there. However, there were two things that we did not like about our room. 1) The opaque curtains don't slide to cover the window - they stay on the sides as a decoration. Therefore, we could not block out the street light that was coming into our room. 2) the climate control unit doesn't have an auto setting. So, we would have to get up every so often to turn on or off the heating, as needed. Otherwise, everything was excellent about this hotel.

The curtains do have a blackout curtain behind the sheers we are sorry you missed that feature amd did not have a pleasant stay. We arr updating Hvac units, we still habe a few to go i am also sorry that was an issue for you. We do hope that uou come back the next time you are in town.
