Contrate dos cuartos con dos camas, cuándo llegamos tenian un cuarto solo. Me pudieron solucionar el cuarto y asignar el segundo cuarto. Pero NO nos dierono de dos camas, los dos cuartos tenían una cama de dos plazas

I was a bit concerned reading the previous reviews, but the hotel wasn’t that bad. Sure it needs some improvements, but being the cheapest one, it was to e expected. Staff was very nice and breakfast decent. I actually extended my stay by 1 more night.

Disapointing
They say you get for what you pay, but definitively for the very high rate that we pay during my stay this hotel we got a dirty, not equiped room and the hotel facilities were terrible.

Better off staying at a hostel
Worst hotel I have ever visited. Besides being overpriced it was disgusting. I walked around the room with my flip flops on and if it wasn't because every other hotel was booked (stayed for new years) we would have left immediately.

Worst hotel I have EVER stayed at
Well, this hotel certainly will be remembered by me and my husband as THE worst hotel. Not only was it smelly and disgustingly dirty, it was EXPENSIVE! Do not let the photos mislead you. The photos looked nice and I thought we should stay at a nice place during our stay in Punta Del Este, and everything is pretty expensive there anyway, but I wish we would have paid more to stay somewhere clean. Luckily we only stayed 1 night, but we seriously thought about sleeping in our rental car. This hotel desperately needs to be updated. The carpets are very dirty and the rooms are as well. The lobby smells like body odor and the rooms smell like a toilet. Disgusting. We have traveled all over the world and stayed in hostels to 5 star hotels and everything in between. On this trip we were traveling through Chile-Argentina-Uruguay-Brazil for 1 month, so we stayed in several places, and really it was that awful. Cheap hostels we stayed in were much cleaner and better taken care of. I do not recommend staying here at all. The staff was also quite a dissapointment. They were dressed in street clothes, no uniforms, and just lounging around reading magazines and playing on the computer.

Great location!
Hotel Aqua is located in the heart of Punta del Este. This prime location made everything on the peninsula extremely accessible. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We also greatly enjoyed the breakfast that was provided each day. The only negatives were the conditions of the carpet and paint on the walls - both are in need or repair. On the other hand the bed was very comfortable and the shower worked well.

Run down and disappointing Punta Del Este
Very disappointing given the relatively high price point. Think 1980 Motel 6...Very run down and dirty. Did not let my bare feet touch the carpet or bathroom floor. Hotel staff was friendly but not overly helpful. Location was good, but I would recommend looking for something...anything else.

Cuando llegamos nos dieron las llaves de otra habitación que estaba ocupada, por lo que entramos a la habitación de otra persona con sus cosas y todo. Hicimos el reclamo y nos dieron nuestra habitación que no estaba muy limpia, las almohadas olían mal, el baño con pelos y estaba en condiciones deterioradas. El desayuno es un caos, las mesas sucias no hay donde sentarse a comer y como no recogen los platos de las mesas no hay disponibilidad de vajilla para servirse el desayuno. Nosotros tuvimos que salir a desayunar fuera porque no habían ni platos ni tazas para poder comer, ni ninguna mesa limpia. Pagamos 140 USD cada noche, la verdad una vergüenza el servicio que ofrecen para el costo de la habitación. Lo único que paga ese costo de habitación es la ubicación del hotel, pues realmente esta muy muy bien ubicado.

Confesso que foi melhor que eu esperava, porque eu fui com medo depois de tanta avaliação negativa que eu li, mas cheguei e o quarto é banheiro estavam bem limpinhos, cheirosos, só o chuveiro que precisamos chamar alguém para ajustar que não estava funcionando bem, mas foi resolvido!! A limpeza foi feita diariamente e bem feita!! O café da manhã é simples, mas ok! A localização é excelente, perto de tudo!!

Hotel aceptable para su precio, todo el establecimiento necesita mantenimiento y varias remodelaciones. La cama estaba bien y la limpieza de la habitación estaba correcta. Nosotros fuimos en temporada alta y para el desayuno no había suficiente personal para atender, terminamos desayunando fuera del hotel. La ubicación esta muy bien si se quiere estar cerca de la movida turística y de los servicios.

Hay una cosa del hotel que me pareció nefasta, y es que hay que dejar la llave cada vez que uno sale, y más cuando se dio la situación que al llegar nos quisieron dar una habitación que estaba ocupada y abrieron la puerta de la habitación con nosotros delante y nos dicen "ah no, esta esta ocupada". Una de las duchas fue con agua tibia pero dada la época del año tampoco fue algo que molesto tanto. Creo que para estadías cortas esta bien, para estadías prolongadas ya no tanto. Buscamos una solución bien ubicada y barata sabiendo que por ese precio el servicio y las instalaciones no iban a ser lujosas. En esos términos cumplió, no se le puede pedir mucho más.

Ótimo hotel, indico com certeza.
Ficamos na suíte Júnior, quando olhamos as avaliações, não esperávamos muita coisa… mas o hotel é maravilhoso, quarto espaçoso, deu para descansar super bem, cheirosinho, limpo, tinha uma sacada, muito perto de tudo…. Excelente! O café da manhã não tem muitas opções, mas para nós não precisa de muita coisa, um lanchinho, croissant, suco, café, leite… com certeza voltaríamos. (Pagamos um pouco caro por ser no verão) de 02 a 05 de janeiro.

Buena ubicación. La habitación del hotel no esta limpia, el hotel esta descuidado, mala atención en la recepción, mis sábanas estaban sucias y manchadas con sangre. Creemos que nunca cambiaron las sábanas. Las toallas también manchadas. Las alfombras sucias. El aire funcionaba bien. El Café era intomable, no había opciones saludables en el desayuno. El día que llegué estuve 20 minutos en la recepción porque no tenían anotada mi reserva. Querían que compartiera la habitación con mi hermana y mi esposo. Les mostré que había reservado dos habitaciones. No volvería nunca mas a este hotel.
