An overrated Hotel with no proper facilities

Posted Sep 10, 2017
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
I spent 5 nights in this Hotel last week. The rooms were extremely small. My Bathroom had only a hole for the shower area with a short dirty curtain. It was so small that it was hard to wash my hair without my arms hitting the wall. The hole was half clogged, so no matter how careful I was the bathroom was inundated each time I was taken a shower. I then needed to wipe for a while the terrible quantity of water accumulated in the bathroom floor and use all my towels of the Bathroom. The breakfast service was terrible, one morning no staff was available to serve, no clean table was available to sit, no bread or croissant available to eat! The reception lady was completely ignoring us banging on the Kitchen door to get assistance for service. I left the breakfast room hungry and of course angry.

You get what you pay for

Posted Jul 13, 2017
We needed an overnight hotel as we were moving on the next morning, so it serves its purpose well for the price we paid for one night. Also it's useful because very close to train station for airport or going elsewhere in Tuscany. But overall this is a 2 star hotel, clean enough but small room, tight bathroom. Air conditioning worked well though!

I do not recommend

We stay at the hotel for one night. Before we go to cinque terre. The resption woman that was in charge in that morning when we make the check out was arrogant.

Great hotel and location

Excellent location, next to main attractions, 15 minutes walk to THE Tower and only two minutes from main railway station, ideal for day trips to Florence and Lucca. Give it a go,

Reasonable overnight stay.

Around the corner from the train station, convenient for an overnight stay to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Bathroom very small.

Close to Pisa Central Station

It is just across the road from the Pisa Central Station, easy to find. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good.

Highly Recomended

Hotel seems to have been recently refurbished and has a modern, clean look. Free wifi, cable tv and varied continental breakfast are good. Near to rail and bus stations, and easy walk to sights. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.
