Just an overnight stay to visit the university nearby. The hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable.

It was a horrible stay I didn't like the rules and regulations and it wasn't explained to me clearly I would never recommend anyone to go there and I will not be back there

Overall bad experience

Location not where we expected, shuttle service not available on weekend, room smelled terrible (other guests complained of rooms worse then ours,) no utensils in room,and for the worst part... an employee of the hotel appentely was sleeping in a room across from ours and was late for work, so beginning at 5:30 am someone continuously banged on the door and then reprimanded him for being late!!!

When I checked-in Jerome, the desk receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. I asked for some more beddings and Naveen at the linen dept was equally very helpful and pleasant.

I have never stayed in such bad hotel!

1. "Continental breakfast included" - lie, there was none. 2. All doors were bouncing, so you felt like someone knocks into your door every minute. 3. In the bathroom there was no any ventilation, so you couldn't take a shower with the closed door, you would suffocate. 4. There was a case for fan, but no fan in it. 5. No trash cans in the bathroom.

It was great had a blast except when. I dropped my iPad and never saw it again that's like the 300$ but hotel is nice

Can only go up from there

Pros: Nothing
Cons: A lot.
The worst hotel on our trip. Worst reception. Reserved two rooms with king beds. Got one queen bed per room. Sticky bathroom floor.

Registration process took 45 minutes. Were supposedly overbooked; blamed it on Expedia but magically room appeared! Obnoxious and unhelpful gentlemen at réception, ...

Friendly staff and a good night's sleep

This hotel is a little on the older side, but it was very comfortable and the staff were more than accommodating. Our only complaint was the smell of cigarette smoke in the stairwell between the first and second floors. It would be nice if this hotel could be completely non-smoking.

Good hotel for the money . Good location . Would help to plan my morning better if I new there is actually no breakfast . Only coffee , oatmeal pockets and oatmeal bars . ( I had to remind them that coffee is out and a hot water is out ).
