“這間酒店位置不錯，距離溫莎城堡不算很遠 酒店乾淨整潔，有空調，有停車場，不過有點狹窄。早餐很好吃。 酒店是舊式的建築，沒有電梯／升降機，我的房間在三樓，要搬行李上落樓梯確實有點不方便。 我入住了一晚，有一個不愉快的經歷，就是酒店內有小偷，而且是酒吧的員工！我當晚拿了酒店送的welcome drink, 本來打算在酒吧享受一下，後來還是決定拿上房喝。當我打開房門時，發現剛才在酒吧給我飲品的bartender竟然走進了我們的房間，而且把我的行李打開，還放在床上搜我的東西。我當時十分驚嚇，那bartender說我忘了拿回外套，幫我拿上房間，然後匆匆忙忙地走了。但我的外套一直都在房間，從來沒有拿出去。所以我很肯定他是想偷竊。於是我嘗試反鎖大門，但是沒用的，因為從外面用匙卡還是能輕易進入。我唯有用椅子擋住大門，顫顫驚驚的度過了一個晚上。第二天我才跟接待處說了這件事，她告訴我發電郵給酒店的經理。最後經理迅速跟進事件，並給我退回全部住宿費用。事件中我沒有任何損失，不過酒店的保安真的有待改善。”

“Cliveden is truly an amazing place to experience! We have stayed here before and this time was even better. Their staff is also absolutely amazing! We had quite a journey getting to England because our original flight to Paris was canceled so we got to Paris later than anticipated and then the trains to England were down because of the heat wave so we couldn't get to London as originally planned either. After over 24 hours of airports and traveling, canceled flights, missing non refundable……

“Visited on Monday 15 June. No staff to check in, just a door bell to security they then let you in to get your key from a key safe inside. No dinner or bar on Monday nights so went to the pub over the road. Double Room petite and bijou but adequate. Left before breakfast so did not speak to any staff during our stay!!!! On our previous visit we did have a very nice breakfast. Recommend it but don’t expect to be pampered, more like an Air B&B at least on a Monday or Tuesday.”

“The property was very clean in the rooms but the veranda was really dirty and dusty it looked like it had never been cleaned the bed was really clean and comfortable and it had a massive TV in the room and some exercise things too. The bathroom was clean and towels were lovely and with toiletries provide it was a bit far from train station to walk but the bus stop was nearby as it was a bit expensive to use taxis. They had lots of outdoor space to eat and drink as you were next to the Caversham……
