The main reason I booked this hotel was because it had an indoor pool. My kids were really excited and looking forward to enjoying it however when we got there it was under renovation. I wish they had a fine print saying that so customers can be informed otherwise I could have booked a different hotel.

Make sure you specify you want an room on the second floor or above. Ground floor is where I stayed...in a handicap accessible room. The furniture was outdated and there were functions that did not work in the room. I normally stay on the upper floors in a non accessible room so this review is overall.

We like Fairfield Marriott in Santa Maria. Nice place to rest. Quiet. Just off the freeway. Various shopping opportunities and restaurants within short driving distance.
