We have a family of 6. We stayed in the family suite. It was really roomy, the pool was great, and it had a little patio looking over the town. When we go vacationing that way we will be staying there again.

You Have to Work Hard to Get Anything from Staff

Pros: Cleanliness and Room Comfort A +++
Cons: Hotel Staff THINKING OUTSIDE OF THE BOX, Please! I asked for a reasonable breakfast rest. NO recommendations. I found a Denny's around the corner.
Location: Great sights, and it's peaceful.
Cleanliness: A+, Room Comfort: A +, Facilities and Condition: B-, Hotel Wifi: F , Hotel Staff Thinking Out of the Box D-, Hotel Staff Positivity: C Non-existant WIFI, when they said they had WIFI. I had critical business work to be accomplished, yet their WIFI would not work at all, and received no help for that. The most annoying thing about this hotel staff is that they are SO obsessed with the rules without any care for the customer, that it takes a Herculean effort on the part of the customer to have the staff step into the shoes of the disgruntled guest. There is clearly no hospitality from this crew; there was only ONE girl on the evening staff who was cheerful and helpful. I will be staying at the Oxford Suites next time.

I sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. I will be taking this matter directly to our management team as well as reviewing the team members who were on duty on that date. While it is never easy to hear we have not done the best job we can it is important to hear back from our guests when there is an issue so we can work on coaching and correcting performance. Uncomfortable bed

The hotel it’s self was overall was “ok” the room was clean but in my opinion it smelt almost like a dentist office. I happen to have a cute little patio area which was probably one of the overall high points of my room. On the downside there were no extra pillows or blankets. The bed was literally rock solid. My back was in pain after the first night. The second night found a switch on the side of the mattress to adjust the firmness level so I turned the lever halfway which I thought would make the bed softer but apparently the bed was already on the cushiest setting.

Good experience, The only bad thing was a cup full of cigarettes butts outside in the balcony. Looks disgusting.

Very comfortable room. Had some issues with the TV remote.....probably needs new batteries.

Spacious room

Room was spacious which was great for a family with 2 young kids. Location was close enough to downtown and the outlet mall too.

Great Hotel close to the Beach

Hotel was in a great location close to the beach, shops, town. Very clean rooms, staff was very nice. Hotel had a pool but no jacuzzi

No jacuzzi

There is no jacuzzi which is a disappointment for travelers driving long distances.

Nice neighborhood

This place was nice. It was quiet, clean & modern. All the exterior doors require a room key to enter. The pool was crystal clear. Our room had a "blackout" style curtain that we really appreciated because we wanted to sleep in. Also, just on the other side of the fwy, there are several gas stations including an Arco, Shell, 76 & Chevron. We will definitely stay there again.
