"My husband and I brought our three children (ages 16, 12, 11) here for a week in December. The house was perfect-exactly as described. The view was unbelievable. Pictures cannot capture how incredible it really is. Antonis and his father were so kind and helpful. While most of the “touristy” stuff was closed, we did not lack things to do! "We stayed the first week of April and were very lucky with the weather. The views from the garden (and the many balconies of the house) are just perfect. We spent most days with our children (6,4 &1) in the garden- just enjoying the sunshine. We even had a daily paddle in the pool. The village is very quiet in April and it’s a little drive to the nearest town. Having said that, the two local tavernas, recommended by Kostas, were open and we enjoyed some great meals there."

"Great place for a quiet and relaxing holiday for a group of friends or family who want to be by themselves. You can walk out of the garden and go straight into the water. We had a dog with us and she enjoyed all the courtyard and garden. Nice barbecue facilities. All the commodities to cook your meals if you want to do that. We picked figs, lemons and limes for the trees! Very nice hosts, very hospitable. Highly recommend it!"

"The villa in Chalkoutsi is a great place to stay. Dorota and George were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay. The place had everything we needed, the kitchen and outdoor area were fully equipped for relaxing and entertaining. The house is a walking distance from the beach, grocery stores, restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"Eleni and Pavlos opened their hearts to me and my family and accommodated us in their lovely cottage, the house is two floors and a basement, clean, tidy and tastefully decorated with everything needed for a stay, radiates calmness and within a few hours the calmness affects everyone, the sea at the doorstep of the house is clear and wonderful ( recommended beach shoes because of the small stones, at the entrance to the water, not mandatory) the town with ice cream restaurants and a supermarket...
