“Extremely peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Accommodation spotless, comfortable and cosy. Everything you have at home was available in the chalet, including extra tea/coffee, sugar and a carton of milk. Nothing left to chance and the small touches - like a gift of two mugs, pens and stationery - greatly appreciated. Hosts very communicative and kept in touch throughout our stay. “This is an absolute gem of a cottage and a perfect location for travelling around Perthshire and beyond . Such a pretty sympathetically renovated 300 year old farm workers cottage all on the ground floor. The furnishings and fittings are high end and the lovely steel cupboarded kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need . There is a handy little utility room at the end of the cottage with a washing machine and bike store . Lovely wooden floors in the main living area and fabulous……

“We had a wonderful week, based at Jessamine cottage, with helpful communication from the owner.Everything that we needed was provided, as well as a very generous welcome hamper. The cottage is very comfortable and clean, and in a good quiet location.We used the walking leaflets and books for inspiration. There is a local supermarket close by in Blairgowrie and good local walks. The welcome folder gives recommendations for places to eat. We all had a delicious meal at the Old Cross Inn, Rattray,……

“Immaculately clean and comfortable cottage with all the equipment required for a lovely break. Lovely little touches like welcome basket, tourist info, selection of games, outdoor toys, bbq, fire pit and seating. Hot tub was great and in private beautiful relaxing setting with lovely open view. Could see chickens and deer from garden as well as lots of bird activity.”

“We stayed at Aonach Cottage in late June and early July of 2026. The cottage is beautiful and surrounded by mountains. The road to the cottage is about 7 minutes long and bumpy, but worth it to be in such a beautiful location. Here are some details about the cottage.
