The dishwasher was visibly broken when we arrived, and stayed broken throughout our 7-day stay. Worse, we learned from maintenance that the company had a repair order for the washer before we rented it……

“Absolutely thrilled with my stay at The Archway. Spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. Tall ceilings, spacious open floor plan. Numerous amenities. Plenty of towels. Quiet, safe and comfortable. Location was great.. in a very convenient area in the heart of Fishtown. The water is filtered which was very nice as we didn’t need to buy bottled. Pet friendly..brought our Ragdoll cat. The management was excellent! They were easily accessible via text and responded quickly. Would 100 %……
