Good food, clean room. Table lamps need to be checked though if still in working condition.

Awesome hotel

The hotel staff were very friendly and caring. The breakfast had a great variety of food and very clean. The room service was impeccable.

Nice, well placed Hotel, ideal for a short stay

Pros: Nicely placed for local shops, cinema and food. Good bar next door.
Cons: Communication, only found out services by asking desk etc, no info in room. More cooked variation in breakfasts.
Location: Local cheap cinema, local multiscreen cinema. Local shops directly across road and small shopping area further up road.
Ramada Pitt Meadows was a nice hotel to stay in but I would recommend short stays rather than long, the only breakfast variation was between pancakes and hash browns, although good breakfast selection of cold food. Room was nice and well maintained, although no details on what was offered by hotel and local ameneties. No washing machines were avail for approx all the time of my visit ( 2 weeks ).

nice &friendly. Very nice breckfast

Pros: used hot tub,breckfast
Cons: put a nite light in the bathroom
Location: shopping was convienent
it was great. we went to a Anniversary. We also met a East Indian Wedding party in the lobby ,they were dressed so beautifully,We had to comment to them,and they even invited us to the wedding .

awful experience

This hotel was booked on my girlfriends credit card and the hotel staff refused to let us check in without the card in hand. I offered another form of payment, as well a picture of the card, and to have my girlfriend call to approve the charge but they still refused to let us in, and refused to issue a refund. It wasn't until she called and had to have a heated discussion with one of the staff that they finally let us stay. Absolutely horrible experience and horrible customer service.. they almost left us to sleep on the streets. Unacceptable, I will never book with Ramada again.

I apologize for any inconvenience that you had experienced in regards to our check in policy. We do have a credit card only check-in policy which is noted in the deposit policy on our booking sites. This policy has become standard procedure for hotels in our area. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience that was caused by this.

Convenient location.

Pros: location, comfort, friendly staff
Cons: The complimentary breakfast could be improved. Add a waffle maker or two, like most hotels offer these days.
Location: There is a decent pub and liquor store adjoining the hotel, and a McDonalds and Starbucks across the street.
I stay here whenever I visit family in Maple Ridge, about twice a year. I come back because the location is convenient and the hotel is reliably quiet and comfortable.

Overall good. We were able to get in early, which was nice. However, we got a wheelchair accessible room, which we didn't need, and I missed being able to have a bath.

Room was smaller than reservation stated

Check-in was easy, the staff was pleasant, the lobby & room were clean and the complimentary breakfast was good food with some choice. However, I booked a room with a King size bed that was supposed to be the same size as the room with two queen beds. I booked that room with the plan to share a bed with my daughter but have the extra space for her to warm up and stretch. But, the room we were given was substantially smaller than the picture. There is no way 2 queens would have fit in it. I am annoyed I was charged the same price for a smaller room than was listed on my reservation.
