“was able to park just in front of stable room work is in progress at the property so didnt look its best on the outside,inside was fab we had everything we needed plus extras like fridge ,toaster,microwave plenty of plates mugs dishes good drinks making equipment,single beds were comfy and spotless,tv was a bit confusing but we managed in the end,we had a lot of noise on the 2 nd evening and early morning could have been the workmen🙄 the royal oak pub is extremely welcoming drinks and meals……

“We stayed for daughter's graduation in Durham for two nights. Roons a great size loved the quirkiness if the property. Had every yuou could need. Wish this property was in Durham only easier for travelling”

“I loved the room every thing we needed, if we stayed longer we would of made more of the kitchen. At least if we stayed again we know what to take, it was a mini apartment with a well equipped kitchen .It has good staff and parking on site lovely breakfast.”
