Convenient location for travelers

This was our second stay travelling through PA. Clean and basic. A little strong on the carpet cleaner scent. New bathroom fixtures and good shower. Plenty of fast food nearby. High on convenience, lower on luxury.

Ours was a short stay but it was pleasant. Hotel staff was cordial. Overall a good experience.

lovely double bed room. great to have free wifi and breakfast included. stayed there during the Pittsburgh Penguins stanley cup championship games so close proximity to the nearby UPMC facility and merch area, shopping like walmart target etc.

Quick weekend getaway

It was a very clean hotel and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only negative thing is that there are no bathtubs, only walk in showers which may not matter to some people. There are many restaurants and stores in this area within walking distance. I would definitely stay her again.

I will stay here again.

I had never stayed at this property before. At first I was a little concerned about the busy road and sleeping at night but this proved to be no problem at all. Fast check in. I will stay here again.

Easy access, quiet rooms, wonderful breakfast

The staff were amazing. Being a bit sleep deprived I was having an issue with the room key. It wasn't the key, it was me! They were so kind and helpful in jogging my brain. The breakfast was excellent.

The people where great!!! It was over Christmas and the people working were very friendly and helpful. One even put up hot chocolate and cookies. Thanks for the stay!!!

UNSATISFIED COSTUMER WITH HOTELS.COM

When I arrived , they knew nothing about my reservation which I made through hotels.com and paid for in full. I showed him my confirmation number and he said he couldn't do anything about it. I had to call hotels.com and put on hold for ten minutes, they then sent the confirmation.......I will not use Hotels.com again unless I would get comped. Back to expedia...
