First I did hate the parking situation. Eitherway you have to pay 40$ for parking for the night but valet is included so the best thing to do is pull right up front unload and let them park your car for you. Before i knew about parking we googled nearby parking lots and found the only overnight one close by is the parking garage and the parking lot for the hotel but it is two buildings down and across the street so carrying all your luggage can be annoying.
The hotel itself is very clean and very nice. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is amazing. Our first room the AC didnt work and staff quickly came upstairs to set it and after some time when we realized it still didnt work they moved us right next door so we didnt have to move our stuff far and there was no hassle in getting the issue resolved. Great location right in the middle for walking to the strip district one direction or the market square in the opposite direction.

Was emailed my billed and there were 3 Fraudulent charges on my bill. Called hotel and was disconnected after speaking with someone after being told that they would have to talk to manager

EVERYONE here has exceptional people skills. Top notch folks. The guy at the checkout desk lent me his personal phone charged because my phone was nearly dead and my phone charger was is our truck
The food and service at the restaurant connected to the hotel was excellent as well. So enjoyed our stay here.
My husband attended a conference at the convention center which was just a half block walk away. I would highly recommend staying here.

I was there three nights and never had the room cleaned or serviced, even though I was away from it for long periods. The last night I asked at the desk for some replacement caffeinated coffee, and only two were left at my door. I had to buy morning coffee at the cafe attached to the hotel.

Great location right downtown with lots of restaurants nearby. We were in town for a football game, which is just a quick 20 minute walk. The lobby is large and comfortable. Rooms themselves are very large with high ceilings. Would absolutely stay here again my next visit to Pittsburgh.

Good location, okay rooms.
The room was good! Not great, not awful but good. They bathroom was a little worn, definitely showing signs of needing updating. The lamp in the room was kinda wobbly. The location of the hotel is great and does give you lots of options to get around the city.

Everything was great except couldn’t watch the Sunday night football game in the room due to contractual disagreement between Marriott and Dosh network.
Room was clean. Valet was quick. Staff were all friendly and helpful. All restaurants are within walking distance. There is also a Target about 10 min walk away. We were there for Pirates games and the walk to the stadium was great.
