Beautiful Hotel

Pros: Everything!
Location: There's a mall, movie theater, lots of places to eat and the convention center all very close. In 15 minutes, we were in downtown Pittsburgh.
Check in was prompt, friendly and efficient. The room was gorgeous, quiet and clean. We loved everything about our stay. There was a mall and lots of places to eat within a mile or 2.

We have traveled to Monroeville to visit our daughter, have stayed in several different hotels over the years. This was one of the best.

usually you would see complimentary coffee in the morning. Not at this hotel. They have starbucks for 4.00

Thank you so much for your feedback. Unfortunately Courtyard follows the standards of offering Starbucks coffee over a complimentary coffee but we do so with the intent of bringing our guests quality coffee. We hope you give us another chance next time your travels bring you to Monroeville.

Problems at check in. Reserved 2 rooms on website and they had King beds instead. Reserved breakfast but they didn't show that either. When we got to the room the bathroom floor had not been cleaned (hairs beside tub) and certain surfaces were dusty. The hand mirror base was not wiped off after the previous guest. Our keys had to be re-keyed for the 2nd night. The staff fixed everything immediately but we were disappointed that so many things were not right from the beginning. There are other hotels in the area we will stay at next time.
