We did not stay. We left after we saw the room.

Pros: The man at the front desk was nice. That's about it. Its not his fault.
Cons: Everything.
Location: No need we went home.
We entered the room the pillows were nasty along with the spread on the bed. I wouldn't let my dog lay on it! There were dead bugs on the floor and it was not swept. The bathroom was not as they say "remodeled". There were drunk people fighting in the parking lot. Very shaky being there so we grabbed our belongings and left. The description of the rooms and pictures are deceiving and not as they really are.

Convenient Location, Friendly Staff, But ...

On the positive side, the front desk staff were quite friendly. The motel location is also very convenient to the PA turnpike exit. But there were issues with the room itself. The cover on the toilet was lying on the floor, which did not affect functionality, but reflected a lack of attention. The security lock was also missing on the door of the room.

Good location, clean, reasonably priced. Couldn't get the wifi to work even after talking to staff. Otherwise no other complaints and would stay there again.

The guy at ck in was very nice.it went down hill from there. Room was not very clean reserved non smoking they gave us smoking. We had to buy frebreeze to get rid of smell. We had 3 people in our room they gave us 3 towels that were not replaced the next day and its states on the wall if u need towels put dirty ones on floor which we did. Still not replaced. Trash wasnt emptied. No cups the 2nd day. When cking out on sunday advised front desk person that we didnt get towels and trash wasnt emptied she said tell hotels.com. i said i just wanted to let you know. She stated if ur looking for a refund contact hotels.com. so im contacting you for that. This hotel was very disappointing and would not recommend this place. So please let me know about my refund. Thank you

Staff was curt and unhelpful. First room had a broken lock on the door. The second room had no remote for the TV and they did not give me one when I reported it.

Dirty rooms I had to clean cob webs down over the beds,toilet seat broke,heat don't work properly.

Disappointed..

Pros: Close to the Pa turnpike.
The Coffee carafe was missing, no coffee in the room. The Heater fan is noisy The cl was a nice place offee served at the Continental breakfast also weak. This hotel was a nice place to stay for many of my trips to Pittsburgh. Its been better.
