Would not stay there again. Had to switch rooms. Then we had to leave 1day early caue got a phone saying our house was on fire. Had to leave, did not refund our money for the 1 day.

Cheap

Pros: free breakfast
Cons: They put two bottles of conditioner and zero shampoo -- minor error - I brought shampoo.
Location: McD's & KFC right by. Primanti Bros. nearby was good.
Right place, right price, free breakfast, clean sheets. Someone was yelling up a storm at 2 AM - called office - they fixed it.

cheap hotel and get what you pay for.

Pros: location
Cons: Clean everything; not just what you think we will see
Location: close to PA turnpike and not too far from downtown Pittsburgh
While the staff was pleasant, not giving a receipt was my first clue. Room was ok, bathroom was dingy and air vent still had layer upon layer of dust. When I checked out, receptionist quickly stated Expedia would give me a receipt. Is it so much trouble to hand me a receipt?

We reserved a nonsmoking room and when we opened the door, the smell of smoke almost knocked you over. They graciously gave us a new room that was much better.

Not the best experience

Two people at counter be one computer other on personal phone took 10 more n to get help even bough was only person checking in .first room sticky residue around sink, broken shower knob, broken lock on door. Went to desk they gave me different room. Better but cobwebs everywhere and mildew in shower dirty air conditioning unit .Not a great experience. Area ok

Dirty bathroom/terrible customer service

The stay was ok. The only thing we had a problem with was the bathroom being disgusting (ring around the toilet) and the customer service was terrible. When we brought the bathroom condition to the front desks attention they said they'd take care of it that morning and never did.
