The location of the property is very convenient and downtown is walkable. I would not pay extra for the breakfast, it is not worth $17. They don’t even offer juice. Coffee and water, that’s it. I would recommend walking to Revel and for the same price you get amazing food! Also, they use DIRECTV at the hotel and the first day we were there the TV would go in and out continuously. I called the front desk and maintenance came up and stated that there was nothing they could do.

The room itself was pretty nice. It had a 12-foot ceiling and everything looked new. The light at the top of the headboard had color-change LEDs. The shower was large and had quality heads: one vertical stationary head and one handheld. The signage was really unclear. The lobby is on the fifth floor, but there's no sign telling guests where to check in. There's also a door that most of the rooms are located behind, but there's no sign on the door that says which rooms are behind it. It's kind of confusing the when you arrive there for the first time. The rooms aren't available until 3pm. If you chow up early you have to wait. It's an inconvenience for people who arrive in the morning.

One of the best hotels I️ have stayed for a trip! The room was clean and spacious. & The staff was very nice & friendly. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting Pittsburgh.

This place is okay, we were immediately checked in with amazing service but the hotel room had issues as the bathroom toilet holder was broken the shower door broken rusted and off the rail, no soap in the bathrooms at all. On our last day the ran out of food for breakfast; so we didn’t get a chance to eat there like we paid for. 5/10, cute hotel, but if looking for a place to stay to explore consider other options first
