Loved the palm trees and waterfalls!

Posted Mar 22, 2017
So beautiful! Such a cool experience! Also loved the hot breakfast and the fact that the rooms were actually suites with living room and kitchen areas. The only downside was that the living room couch wasn't super comfortable due to being a sofa bed. But that's worth it if we're ever staying over with kids!

Great hotel near Pittsburgh airport

Posted Feb 6, 2017
Pros: Rooms were clean, comfortable, & quiet after an overseas flight. Staff very helpful, shuttle drivers on time & helpful. Breakfast tasty & fresh.
Location: 15 minutes from airport, convenient to I 376 to downtown Pittsburgh.
This hotel offered the Stay and Fly deals with airport shuttles just a 15 minute drive from the airport. Stayed both going and returning from an overseas trip and was very pleased!

Local High School Team staying there, came directly from the pool, soaking wet, no shirts or shoes on an dripping water all over the floor, seriously , thank god the Manager came over and politely pointed out to these guys that they were violating every restaurant code in the book...one kid was actually in his underwear going through the buffet line....

Best hotel in Pittsburgh area !

Posted Jan 9, 2017
Pros: Clean and pleasant atmosphere , courtesy happy hour and made to order breakfast are super additions to an already superior hotel.
Cons: No complaints here.
Location: It is out by Robert Morris University, plenty of restaurants around ,a couple miles from the airport and a fifteen minute drive to Downtown
Hands down the best hotel value on any trip to Pittsburgh, yes, it's a little out of the city but the value and staff make it well worth the 13 mile drive from downtown!! Always a great experience !

Very Nice Hotel

Posted Jan 3, 2017
Pros: Beautiful interior. Very nice. Very nice front desk staff.
Cons: Breakfast buffet
Location: Good location, easy to find.
Hotel was very nice, very clean. Beautiful interior. Only one complaint: Breakfast Buffet. They have a very nice spread. Nice variety, really looked good, but everything was COLD: bacon, sausage, french toast, eggs, even the Hot syrup was only luke warm. I did say something to staff, who were very nice. But informed me, it just needed to be stirred. I tried another plate. It too was cold. I just don't trust a buffet that is supposed to be a hot meal and "everything is cold". Hot food must stay hot (140° F or warmer), and cold food must stay cold (40° F or cooler) to avoid foodborne illness. The longer a dish is left out, the longer it has a chance to fall outside of that “safe zone.” (See FDA recommenations) Don't want to run the risk of someone getting sick . Sorry!
