Had a very spacious handicap room with two queen size beds. Huge well equipped bathroom. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful 😀 The breakfast options were good and different items offered daily. Hot coffee, chocolate and hot water for tea was available daily in the lobby.

Check in: Friendly, quick check in. Clean room, clean maintained properly inside and out. One cleaning issue I left a note for the staff. Check out: Staff were wonderful, beds were comfortable and i had a good night sleep. Continental Breakfast- Fair. Average to lower cost than other hotels. I will stay here again. .

There were no tissues in many of the rooms. Ran out of toilet paper. They only service the rooms once every three days. Breakfast got sadder each day. It is very convenient to Sewickley.

Bathroom needs refresh stains everywhere water drips all day and night bed was hard and lumpy not to mention sheet had crumb like dirt all over it breakfast was disgusting and cold all the milk dates were expired the juice machine was literally just colored water syrup was tracked spilled from guests down the hall to elevators and was all over elevator floor one of the elevators sounds like it’s going to drop the door rumbles when in transit staff was extremely unsympathetic and not empathetic they definitely didn’t want to be employed just overall worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

Overall of the property was nice. Was an industrial Island so lacked appeal. There were questionable stains on bedding and the room that needed to be thrown out and not reused. The Breakfast was lacking. Not many options. Been to cheaper hotels with better complimentary breakfast. The front clerk in training lacked common sense and couldn't understand calling a cab/taxi to the hotel for their guests.

We had a problem upon arrival - the room were were given had not been cleaned and was left by the previous people in horrible condition. The staff, however, was very apologetic, got us into another room, and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The rest of the stay was very good, gód breakfast, place is well taken care of.
