Room is dirty notthing has been wiped down . Windows are cloudy yuki. Bathroom floor sticky shower wasnt washed down no coffee pot when there was supposed to be one. He went and got me one said your going to have to wash it its very dirty !!!

Stayed here 4 times, its always enjoyable, top notch staff and facilities. Lots of dining and party options close by. My favorite Pittsburgh staycation spot.

Wonderful stay. The parking garage is small and somewhat difficult to maneuver through, just a warning as I was not expecting it to be that difficult to park.

My family and I had a short stay here as we passed through Pittsburgh on our road trip. We were very pleased with this hotel.
The staff were accommodating and able to answer all our questions. The room was clean, it slept 4 people comfortably.
I would definitely revisit Hyatt House in Pittsburgh.

Do not recommend! They charged me a smoking fee just for leaving a small line of an ash on a table. We smoked outside of the property and placed a smoking product on the table when we came back in. They even said the room did not smell of smoke, and sent me a picture of a small black line on someones finger after the swiped a table. RIDICULOUS! Charged me $214! Never again

Julian provided great service! Computer systems not working properly at check in. Room is lovely, but the bed and pillows were terrible. I only slept for about 3.5 hours. Hard as rocks. Sofa comfort was not much better. Would love to stay here again, but without sleep, I’m going to have to look somewhere else. 🙁

Hotel is in a nice neighborhood loved how everything you need is walkable such as restaurant's and shopping stores. The only downfall in our stay was that every night our bathroom smelled like marijuana and made the room smell like it as well since the bathroom’s have connected vent. Definitely unpleasant odor with our child. The smell was overwhelming and it happened each night of our stay. Overall nice hotel and shout out to the guy in the bar he was really nice !!!

Hotel is in a fun neighborhood and very short drive to U Pitt, Carnegie Mellos, Duquesne and to downtown. Parking lot is very cramped. We loved everything about our stay except that every night our bathroom reeked of marijuana. Clearly someone was smoking weed just underneath us or in a bathroom with a connected vent. The smell was overwhelming and it happened each night of our 3 night stay. We mentioned something to staff on the first and third nights but they weren't able to help.

The hotel was ok. The bar was being remodeled. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was subpar at best and the tv selection is HORRIBLE!!!
