Our stay was enjoyable. The room and bathroom were very clean. The hot breakfast was sufficient. The only slight issue was that the sink in the bathroom kept backing up and was slow to drain the water.

Caught in the Blizzard of 2015

Pros: Convenience. Friendliness. Courtesy. Concern.
I flew into Pittsburgh late and was promptly picked up and taken to the Hampton. This was a planned stay before driving home. The next morning, the PA Turnpike was still closed. The hotel staff was very accommodating, allowing a party-like atmosphere among everyone lingering in the lounge, while keeping food available as long as possible. They were very helpful in booking me a room for a second night discussing the pros and cons.

Pros: Convenient to everything. Fitness room.
Found a spider in coffee cup in my room. Rec'd credit for the day which was satisfactory.

Great experience

Wanted a hotel near the airport and not too far from Pittsburgh. Got both with this one. Good breakfast as usual with a Hampton Inn!!

Close to airport.

Arrived late back from airport, my car would not unlock. Jim, van driver, and Claire, night desk girl, went out of their way to help me out, until finally road service arrived. Nothing but good things to say about these two employees.

Hair in the shower on the walls in drain

The room was quite small. Barely room to get around bed to the tiny closet. Bathroom not very clean. Heat/ac very loud. Understaffed at Check-in. Didn't tell us about any services- snacks wifi etc. morning staff member was very nice and eager to help- even at 4am!
