This Hampton Inn was a great value for a last minute reservation while we were in town. Had all the essentials and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

No insulation - no rest.

We stayed here for one night needing to have rest on a long trip. We have an 8 mo old Baby and they put us in the room by the pool. There were so many kids running in the hallway and screaming. They woke up my baby twice. I wasn’t able to get rest at all. Awful experience. Don’t stay by the pool if you need to get rest.

When we arrived, the hotel had power off earlier and could not process room keys. Staff apologized many times and showed up to the room. Room is very clean and spacious. Queen size beds are very comfy. The hotel gets very quiet at night. There is a nice sitting area with a desk in the room. Bathroom is well stocked. Location is convenient but a little tricky to get around because the way local roads are around. Breakfast has more than enough choices. Lobby has water, coffee and even apples available all day. We had a very good rest at this hotel.

Good hotel for this area.

Pros: Location
Cons: Breakfast area is small.
Location: Just off of I-279 north of the city center, this is a good option at a reasonable price on the Northside.
This hotel is the nicest one in this area. I use it for convenience but have stayed in nicer Hampton Inns. The inconvenience of access is the biggest negative here but otherwise it meets my needs, rooms are good and Hampton Inn beds are always comfortable. The breakfast set-up is awkward although the offerings are pretty good. The parking lot is small but that's what you get in this area.

One night stay

Stayed Here to attend show in millvale nearby. It was about a 10 min ride. The hotel is kinda off by its self but there are all kinds of restaurants and such a short drive up the road. Pretty standard hotel. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. All around good stay. Nothing fancy but not dirty and gross either.

Excellent Customer Service

Pros: Location
Location: Not much was done outside of the room as it was a business trip with long hour work days. But not too far from any major surrounding city.
Staff was very helpful when I booked a business trip for an associate. We had to extend our stay and they were very helpful in getting that situated smoothly.
