Staff was Amazing upon check-in and check-out!!!Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: The view was beautiful! The Beds, pillows, tv listings, morning coffee and an iron! They even had hair spray available! Loved it!
Location: It is impossible to find on a GPS or MapQuest, but once you find it, it's worth it. The location is nice and there are many stores, restaurants etc.
We loved the comfort of the beds and pillows. Very nice stay! Thank you!

Could do betterPosted Aug 17, 2015
Pros: Rooms are comfortable
Cons: WiFi should be a priority when it breaks. Better directions, breakfast is utterly confusing.
Location: It's in the middle of a series of endless strip malls on 228 and 119. Nothing scenic about it.
It is hard to get to even once you see its sign, and our GPSs did not recognize its street name. Need to pro vide nearby street names it might know about. Rooms are nice but the WiFi was not working the whole time we were there, which makes communication and business very difficult indeed. They didn't seem to see much urgency about this. There is no free continental breakfast, but it is somehow priced by what you choose. Apparently you can also order things but there is no menu and the servers are vague about all this. Kleenex box had only 3 tissues. Not worth the higher price than nearby hotels.

Bad hotel staffPosted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: The front desk was helpful, and apologized.
Cons: Make sure all the rooms are serviced before they are rented
Location: Good location. Shopping close by.
We had a two night stay. They did not clean the room on the 18th. I had to ask the front desk for towels for the next day. They were brought up the second time. The sheets on the bed smelled, like they had been used. Oh! the coffee maker did not work. Told the front desk. It was never replaced.

Pros: The friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff, including bar tender and wait staff.
All the hotel staff were courteous and polite. The hotel temporarily had difficulty finding our reservation because we had booked it through Expedia. They provided us free drinks from the bar while we waited for them to work it out. They corrected the problem quickly and got us to our room. The hotel and room in which we stayed was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Average hotel despite the above average price.Posted Jun 20, 2015
Pool is very unimpressive. Lobby is nice but not comfortable to sit and read or study. I stay in a lot of hotels, this one failed to impress.... Left me with a feeling mediocrity
