So, this place is totally alright. Not stellar. It's in a convenient location and walking distance to ppg arena and PG ball field. Just walk clear of the jail area. Close to Carson Street strip which has good restaurants and bars. This place could be 4 stars, it needs some fixing up. Worn out and broken fixtures, tiles . Couches in lobby are old and stained, but rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Just needs a fixing up and an update! Nice helpful staff! And breakfast was decent!

20 minute wait to check in. Pool not open SINCE NOVEMBER. NOT STATED ON EXPEDIA. Booked there for pool for my granddaughter. Waived ridiculously high parking fee $22 due to pool closure, but otherwise NO adjustment in room rate. Bathroom floor dirty. No hair dryer in room-had to call to get one. No bedding on sleep sofa. Got confirmed for a late check out, but they were at our door right after normal checkout time wondering why we were still there. Breakfast was adequate. Overall quite disappointing. Will not stay there again.

Breakfast was great. The room wasn’t fully cleaned. Like there were spots on the tables and counters that easily could’ve been wiped and weren’t, something I don’t even want to know what behind the toilet, someone else’s hair on the headboard… it felt very dingy

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only downfall was they didn’t advertise that you had to pay for parking. That information should have been included in the pricing when we booked the room.

I booked a room last minute for a Saturday night before a Sunday Penguin’s game. It was the closest thing to the arena available that wasn’t $600 a night. After I booked it non refundable, I started reading reviews about hard beds, behavioural health centre neighbours and bed bugs and had instant regret. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and the lobby was clean and fresh looking. The room was good. We aren’t princesses, so nothing in it was shocking, had some stains on the carpet and the bathroom was a bit outdated but the beds were really comfortable and we thoroughly checked for bugs and there were none. It was quiet, parking was good and there is a serviceable breakfast. Nothing fancy but something to get you going and perfectly edible. It was close enough to walk to the arena but we wanted to walk around downtown before the game so opted to park downtown. If we were coming to another game I wouldn’t hesitate to stay, I was more worried than I needed to be.

The staff was really helpful and made the stay comfortable. Ms Cache( hope I am spelling the name right) went above and beyond to help us out. The room are comfortable. Beds and bathroom are great. They need to do something about the elevators

The room was a nice size, clean, comfortable. My only complaint was being denied parking for my other vehicle. My husband and I had to drive separate and we were told only one parking pass was available. I even offered to pay extra for an additional parking space but was told they were sold out, yet the parking lot was never at capacity during my stay.

Was very disappointed the in door pool was closed. Was charged for extra day of parking! Over all had an enjoyable weekend. The room was nice however the fridge was so cold all my stuff froze.

First night there our key cards would not work at the door or the back door. The room smelled like smoke for a non smoking facility and room. The key cards the next day did not want to work at the room unless you did it 5-6 times.

Room 625 was not clean. Left over dirty socks behind the curtains. Room was not vacuumed for a while. Everything else was clean enough.
