Understanding we are in the middle of the covid19 issue, the GM (Matt) refused to serve food, all restaurants were closed & it would have been safer to cook from the hotel then to order from a third party delivery service. I had spoke w him 3x before my arrival & he assured me he’d personally go out and pick up food for the guests & that there would be some food available just not the warm food buffet. To say the rooms were clean would be a stretch, I personally never saw a house keeper & found numerous, obvious areas that weren’t touched by anyone prior to my arrival. I checked out 2 days early & will be requesting a refund.
