If you need internet, consider another hotel

For the $$ the hotel is nice enough, but no one really seemed to care that I couldn't connect to the internet. I paid for an associate to stay there and he too couldn't get online. I did manage to connect with my phone, but it didn't operate as it should...Other than an apology and telling me that I could contact their ISP customer service they didn't do anything to help. I paid for the room in advance on Expedia so I had to eat a night's stay so I could transfer to a hotel with working service and a staff that really cared that I was a hotel guest. I would avoid this hotel...With approximately 3000 new hotel rooms in Pittsburg market in the past couple of years there are plenty of hotels to choose from.
