I paid over $300 a night for this room. Frontdesk confirmed to us in text and emails the wrong street address of the building, so we went about 45 minutes out of our way looking for it. We were given one key fob to let ourselves in and out of the front door, elevator and interior doors. This meant both of us had to go anywhere the other person went all the time, or you could not leave the room or get back into the building. There were two thin, not great quality towels, so using the same towels for pool, gym and shower for two days was uncomfortable. There was a nice Keurig coffee machine and no coffee pods. There was a nice kitchenette, but no plates nor cutlery, or coffee mugs.
The building itself and the amenities of the building were nice. The room was clean.
This room was not worth the price I paid, not even close.
If we had two key fobs, towels, coffee, dishes and correct instructions on where the building was located, this would have been a better experience.
