First time in Pittsburgh

The building has an old Feel to it. Pillow are too soft otherwise the room was in really good condition & comfort. The quality was good but not worth the over $250 a night.

Classic old world style hotel

Pros: Lobby, Service, location
The Omni has a grand lobby with great architectural touches. Rooms are nice, though smallish.

Every interaction with staff was great. From the vale to the bartenders.

Treated like royalty!

The William Penn is lovely and the staff makes you feel like their top priority. The rooms are beautifully furnished. We had dinner at the Terrace Room and it was terrific. Cannot wait to go back!

Disappointed

Food was disappointing. I feel charging an additional 10.00 for wifi concidering the price of the room is gouging.

Great hotel and great experience

Posted Apr 10, 2017
We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived late and used the hotel valet. Everyone was very helpful. We were upgraded to a suite and they gave us two goodie bags for our kids. The room was lovely and traditional--not sleek and modern but pretty and clean. The concierge was helpful in answering our questions and knowledgeable about the area. In the morning we had breakfast in the restaurant. They were very attentive and it was very good. Kids eat free when adults purchase the buffet ($23/pp). There were apples and hot chocolate with marshmallows in the lobby which was a welcome treat. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

STAFF ARE NOT POLITE!

Posted Apr 10, 2017
Pros: Foyer, decorations, room,
Cons: FIRE THE NIGHT MANAGER!
Rude staff. Worst hotel experience I've ever had! I would rather stay in a Red Roof Inn next time!
