We prepaid for the room and called ahead to make sure they knew we had a late flight. They assured us it was not a problem and the room would be waiting. The taxi dropped us off at the hotel around midnight. They had given our room away and had nothing available. They did get us a room next door but we had to pay again and after a long day of travel it was totally unacceptable. Now we have to deal with securing the refund from Expedia.

The hotel is nice but the 2 ladies checking us in were rude and had very poor custimer service skills. I pre booked a room with the need of a walk in shower due to my husbands disability. They did not have one and had to find one? They obviously have not been taught simple things like Thank you and your welcome or hownto make eye contact or how to simply apologize for THEIR mistake. Room was suppose to have a microwave it did not. Would I stay there again, no I am tired of giving my money to companies that cannot hire and train people with basic custimer service skills. And either teach them how to dress and act professional or give them a uniform!

This was our first visit to the property in several years. Excellent experience. The room itself was small; lacks extra space. If you need to spend a lot of time in a hotel room, you may want to stay at a different property.

We had a really good experience at this hotel. They were out of a standard 2 queen room, so we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite with a sofa bed. The room was very nice, as was the staff.

This Resort/Hotel made you feel as if you were on a real vacation away from the States. I can't say one negative thing about my stay. I will come back to this Resort/Hotel again. And the Price is Right.

Stay was good. Check in was to be at 3pm and they left us check in at 130pm since they had a room. They charged a 50 dollar hold on my card that two weeks later still wasn’t returned. No damages were done. We used the room for 8 hours total. 7 for sleeping and 1 hour to get ready before a concert.
