DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER!

My husband was having surgery at the Cranberry Passavant (walking distance) and with the hotel knowing that, they were very accommodating with arrival and departure. Laurie (manager) at the front desk made sure I was happy and was willing to hold my room an extra day if I needed to stay another night which turned out that I didn't. The room was quiet, safe, clean and the beds were phenomenal. Ryan at the front desk was quite informative, too.
