This hotel was near Boyce Park.

Posted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: Location to our destination. and a laundry was on the premise.
Cons: More check in personnel.
Location: Boyce Park, Family friendly eateries, and a mini golf course.
The clerk, Beverly seemed overwhelmed with check in Saturday. She had to be reminded that she was to hand my credit card to me, and to not throw it. They need more check-in personnel, also. When we checked out Sunday by 11:00 a.m. she seemed more patient and understanding.

Inexpensive good for 1 night

Posted Aug 7, 2015
Room was ok. Door opens right to outside felt a little unsafe. Only 1 person at desk had to wait quite a while to check in. Vending pretty far from room.

Nice and clean hotel for a low price

Posted Aug 5, 2015
I needed a hotel for a low price while in Pittsburgh. The price drew me in. But the hotel was surprisingly good for the price. The room was very clean and the bed/pillows were comfortable. I had a good nights' sleep and enjoyed my stay. I would recommend to anyone. I would stay at a Red Roof again, for sure.

Would stay elsewhere next time

Posted Aug 3, 2015
Pros: Fast and friendly check in, quiet, had elevators.
Cons: Cleaning and dusting. It would be nice to have fridge, especially on hot summer months we were travelling.
Location: Off very busy and congested street during rush hour. Near gas station and close to the pike.
This place is really hard to get into, it is off a busy road especially during rush hour and located down a slope. Our room was on the 3rd floor and since there weren't that many guests, it was pretty quiet. The room had a smelly odor (like old smell) and the room was really dirty with dust and small crawling furry bugs on the wall. Inconvenient with no fridge or microwave and they only had one ice machine all the way on one side of the first floor. Check in was fine and friendly and the room was quiet, those were the good things. However, I would not stay in a smelly dirty room again.

Not Satisfied

Posted Jul 31, 2015
Pros: location to turnpike.
Cons: EVERTHING
Location: Great location.
After driving 6 hours to get there, we had to wait 30 minutes for some to come back to the office. I'm assuming he was on a bathroom break. When we got into the room the kids next door were so LOUD we thought they were in the same room. The attendant moved us to another room, but the bathroom was so dirty that we were afraid to walk on the floor. But I guess you get what you pay for . It was the cheapest hotel in the area. Never again.

Worth it for the price we paid!

Pros: Clean and friendly staff.
Location: SV Temple is near by. Shopping mall is near by. What more do you need :)
We travelled as a family. Our requirement was a cheap clean place to stay overnight. This place met our expectations. I will recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a place to crash for a night or two.

I choose this hotel every month for business trips

Pros: The staff.
Location: It's right off Route 376 a few minutes from the Squirrel Hill Tunnel.
The staff members here are friendly and efficient. The price is very reasonable. It is right of the highway into Pittsburgh.
