Rude staff Was charged by expedia when i made reservation, then the hotel charged us again. We have been driving 11 hours. There was dead bugs in room everywhere, smelled horrible, wehad to use bottle water to brush our teeth. Slept in our clothes and shoes. It was filthy!!!

The staff was very helpful. I had the young lady confused because of a mistake on names on my part, yet they were very patient and helpful. The issue was solved quickly. The rooms were very clean. There were two small things, the pillows on one of the beds were small and square, not what I would consider a bed pillow, although the pillows on the second bed were fine. The shower curtain did it's job, but one could see that it had seen better days. We only needed a room for one night, and this location worked very well.

My reservation was downgraded due to them overbooking. The hot water did not work and the other guests were loud. I used to stay at this hotel in the spring time until new management took over. Now you can’t get extra towels at check in and the management is rude and pushy.

It's right off US19, I-79, and I-76 / PA Turnpike, but it's hunkered down in a little hollow so there's no traffic noise from either side. The area isn't convenient for low-class, late-night "meetings" in parking lots. My room was excellent in every respect: the bathroom was done right, the mattress was nice and soft, the heater was quiet, and the door and window kept the light and the draft out. If you're a couple or a family, this will be fine. This was only about 20 minutes from Pittsburgh as well, mostly Interstate-class driving.

Bed was full of hair and blood. No one was available at the counter so we bought linen at walmart. The towels had stains on them. Hotel is right beside the turnpike so it is noisy, the heater made lots of noise on top of the TP. I won't go there again

Had to wait 15 mins to get front desk service on arrival. Room was dirty. Trash under bed and dust along surfaces. Minimal towels and amenities. Fire alarm fell off wall after closing bathroom door, clearly wasn’t hooked up properly. Trash cans outside of rooms were over flowing. Dumpsters were overflowing. Never received room service despite a 3 night stay.

Cobwebs around air conditioning unit and inside of entry door (with bugs in it) and bathroom door. Only 2 bath towels for our entire 4 day stay. Only 3 pillows on bed. Trash not emptied and when we took it to outside garbage can, it was overflowing. Ceiling was peeling. Went to desk to request more toilet paper and told they didn't have any. Coffee in lobby was sludge. Our daughter lives in that area and we need to have someplace to stay when visiting, but we will never go back there. It saddens me that this was even offered on Expedia.

There were a few weird things like a towel (not folded) hanging off the shelf area and there were some stains on the bed spread. But overall the location was great Easy check-in. No frills, no fridge, no breakfast and near the Turnpike so a little noisy a few times from semis but a good rate.Thyis location was consistent for what you would expect from a Red Roof Inn. This place was just fine for my one night stand... oops... no wait! I mean my one night STAY..

Our room and bedding reeked of cigarette smoke. When we spoke to the front desk they accused us (non-smokers) of waiting three hours to come and tell them, suggesting we were the ones smoking. We waited three hours because we threw our bags in the room, left for dinner and when we got back we spoke with them about it. They were rude and unfriendly.

Read online red roof in offered hot breakfast but this one only had hot coffee. Room lacked microwave and mini fridge. But it worked for what we needed. A place to sleep for the night.

Older hotel in ok shape. Staff at front desk was friendly, but took a $2.15 "deposit for the safe" on my credit card, and then one of them took a photo of their computer screen with his cell phone.
