Just some things they dont tell you when booking parking is 27.00 and they put a 100.00 hold but that got returned after checkout since we left the room good. But very clean nice and friendly staff

The room we had was great we were here for 2 pirates games just had to cross the street didn’t have to get in the car until it was time to checkout we walked to the restaurants we had dinner at which were just a few blocks away

Upon our first day. We noticed that we had a whole bunch of holes and rips in our sheets. Yellow stains on the pillows that were in the closet. I asked the lady at the front desk to change our blankets. She grabbed the walkie-talkie and said she would. We came back, super late to see no blankets were even placed in our room or anything was changed. Our water was cold. So we had to let the water run for like five minutes before even got hot to take a shower. And the second day, it did not get hot at all. The breakfast was OK. The pool was not working but you could go to the sister hotel across the parking lot. Parking was so limited people had to park around the circle in the front. The staff was friendly, but obviously didn’t care about my concerns. The room was nice. I will go back to this hotel but maybe not this location.

Great Property, great location, friendly staff. If I had to pick something out that I hope could’ve gone differently was for there to be an option to pay for the nights I’d be using the overnight parking when booking to make the process that much smoother.

Check-in staff was great until I was told that to park my car in your lot that it would cost me $27 a night! (3 nights) She told me it is on the web site. I was not happy with that. The room 414 was very nice. I was also very disappointed that they closed the pool Saturday. My son and I were looking forward to relaxing there after going to some exhibits.

Pittsburgh Visit
I must admit that the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was good except the light was out. Everything else was satisfactory.

Good: 1) Location - near Pirates/1/4 mile from Steelers 2) Parking - perfect for steelers/pirates, free in/out. 3) Clean/new 4) Nice sized rooms 5) Amazingly quiet, given highway is 150 feet from window, and it was a Steelers weekend. Bad: 1) Overworked staff - can never get any attention 2) Surprise parking fee after stay - its ok on fee, but tell me, right? probably because they were understaffed/overwhelmed. 3) No bedding on fold out couch (why not?) Awful: NO HOT WATER entire weekend. No notice, no apolgies. Just "It's the entire building. We are looking into it." 48 hour later, I went home showerless. NO consideration for this inconvenience. No reduced/free stay, no notice of sincere apologies, nothing. Felt like

Front desk was phenomenal!!! Present them with an issue and they provide solutions not excuses. Had a junior suite and it was better than expected. The breakfast was outrageously good. Housekeeping was wonderful, respectful and helpful. Sound proof walls, hallways were clean and smelled wonderful. To all the karens.... dont come to establishment because there is nothing you can complain about :)
