Wrong bed

Resevated king bed rooom, but they gave full bed room.i called costumerservice , but they said " it is right room, you are un king sizebed room".they think im stupid so can't know which is king size or full size..rediculous!!.we went down and ask again !! They gave another room . Thank you..they figure out the room was wrong room...please check before go up your room, the room is right room that you resevated.

Stay in Pittsburgh for Billy Joel

Room was very nice, clean and large. This was a great getaway and a nice way to not have to fight traffic after the concert.

Close the the Grand Concourse.

Pros: Modern, great view of Pittsburgh as we got the river view room.
Cons: If they want to go "green", towel racks need to be provided! A/c unit was pretty noisy.
Location: Pittsburgh is easy access (as long as it is not rush hour). We took a ducky tour and rode the incline.
Beautiful hotel. We were there for a wedding at the Grand Councourse. Very easy access to downtown Pittsburgh. Enjoyed the incline and the ducky ride/tour.

Parking not included

Had to pay 23 bucks to park there, thats ridiculous

Nice city view

We had a very good stay and great view of the cit. It was very close to good food and shops. parking was available at the hotel or across the street in the garage.

Called to have the tv remote fixed and the telephone fixed and promised for them to be done right away. No one showed up. Called again the next day ... again no one showed up.
