My wife and I love the complimentary breakfast in the morning. So many options and the food/dining area is very clean and organized. Highly satisfied; this is our go-to place to stay when we are in Pittsburgh.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast area was clean and stocked with a lot of variety. Eggs, fruit, yogurt, waffles, muffins etc. Room was spacious and laid out well. **Beside train tracks so a bit noisy.

Love the location. It’s right in the river side! Great view from our room. We found left over food in the rooms mini refrigerator and was transferred to another room.

A couple of steps away from Excellence…
A. Couple of steps away from Excellent. Check in was a little slow (new employee was being trained), a couple of areas needed tidying up, and breakfast was ok, but some items need more attention to detail - eggs, oatmeal, and waffles were not top knoch!

Property is in great location, clean facility and walkable dining and shopping. No view of pittsburgh, but right on the river. Breakfast was pretty poor at 8am, hot plates were empty, batter had run out for waffle maker, and there were almost no bagels left. Only thing to eat was yogurt and oatmeal.

Too bad for the train!
Nice and clean and friendly hotel. Only issue is the train is RIGHT next to the hotel and every train rang the train horn. Sleep quality there was roughy because of that.

Convenient location, clean, multiple dining options within walking distance and free parking onsite. Orange juice was unavailable at breakfast and right next to train tracks were only negatives

The rooms were great and extremely clean. The only critique was the train activity next to the hotel. Other than that, a very pleasant stay.

Very nice location, right on the Mon River. Close to Oakland and restaurants and shops on the Southside. They do charge for parking, in an adjacent lot, but if you stay anywhere in the city, most hotels have no adjacent parking. Overall, a good location and a good place to stay while in the Burgh.

This property is very clean and maintained! The staff were very helpful with our questions. The breakfast had many options to choose from. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with not a lot of options currently but it looks like more businesses are popping up in the area.

LOUD - book at another hotel
This was the worst night of sleep our family has ever had in a hotel. Our room shared a wall with the main elevator. EVERY TIME the elevator was operated, we heard it - loud and clear. Than, a very busy set of railroad tracks ran just outside our window. Finally, we could hear the water draining from the room upstairs. So, if it wasn't the elevator waking us up - it was the train (and its loud horn) - or the water draining from above. Awful, awful stay.
