Nice Hotel, horrible customer service/staff.

There was no one at the check in for at least 5 minutes, then the guy working came out while playing on his cell phone. Expedia said free parking, I even filtered to Free Parking while searching, but yet it was $18 to park here. The bathroom floor and tub had small black hairs all over. We have ZERO coffee or creamers, and 1 cup in the room. The elevator call buttons on the 3rd floor did not work, had to take the stairs down. Worked only from Lobby Level.
There was no eggs, muffins, toast or coffee creamers at the breakfast area. I had to ask for the food to be put out. I stocked the creamers myself after finding them under the coffee stand. The staff was sitting around chatting with each other while hotel guest were waiting at the front desk to check out, and stocking the coffee creamers.
It's a real shame the staff was really off-key. The hotel and size of the rooms is really nice. While driving away from the hotel, there was so many cars packed in the drop off area, well here the self-park card reader was smashed and did not work. Good thing we paid the $18 to park!!
I will not be back to this Springhill Suites.
