Nice and modern hotel. However room didn't have a mini fridge (it's 2017, every hotel room has a fridge), I never received new shampoo during the 5 day stay and on the 4th day housekeeping said the hotel was out of shampoo (Haha, seriously?). The hotel is in a bad location, hard to find and get to and inconvenient for getting to other places. Expedia said there was breakfast available for purchase each morning which wasn't the case, no staff to be found.

Shower didnt drain at all and staff was okay, not overly friendly. Parking is cheap and shuttle is timely.

The sanitation of the room and the facilities are pleasing. However, the hotel staff are really disappointing. The service is terrible.

Charge me 126.00 dollars compared to price I was quoted from you couldn't find anyone in morning of checkout and had to catch flight

Shuttle service is a nightmare.

Airport shuttle in need of repair. Also took 40 minutes to pick us up. Never again.

Cons: Lower the PRICE ...... 2 STAR
Location: TERRIBLE LOCATION no working POOL ................
Located in an Industrial Park at the END OF THE ROAD..........

Staff was excellent and the bartender was a lot of fun. Meet people from all over the world and had fun with the cool bartender. I would stay again due to the bartender.

nothing special

no soap of any kind in the bathroom. asked for a 4am wakeup call when I checked in. Did not get any call. the guy at the fronk desk seem very uninterested. He did ask me if I wanted the shuttle back to the airport in the morning. I wanted 530am. He said only on the hour at 5 or 6am. I said no. I requested an uber and came out to the front desk at 530am. There shuttle was out front loading. I took the shuttle. not sure what happened there. I paid the $7 to cancel uber. I plugged my devices into the power strip on the desk when I checked in. I immediately went to sleep. At 5am I realize the devices did not charge. The power strip was not plugged in. Duh! maybe cleaning lady unplugs it to use vacuum? Duh!
