Pros: Not much
Location: No much it was off the beaten path!
No restaurant or breakfast avaibable. It was hard to find!

Hard to understand your response because we have a full service Restaurant and bar on location. Restaurant is open until midnight. As our hotel is a private hotel that is why our location is not in the mainstream areas. We give the guests a comfortable quiet stay. We have many guest that book private parties and many meetings here at our hotel. We are glad that you have chosen our hotel and really wish that you would come back.

wake up call @ 4:30am when I didn't request one.

Cons: Hot water
The only redeeming quality of this stay was when I arrived at 10:30 PM, on a snowy night, the bartender made me some chicken tenders and fries after the kitchen was closed. Couldn't get to sleep until midnight, so the wake up call was quite an insult. to add injury, when I did wake up to leave @ 6:30, there was 0 Hot water. ran the water for 15 minutes and it never got luke warm...

Fail... nothing nearby

Wifi is horrific, there is nothing nearby at all. No has station, nothing. Just a bad location with poor amenities.

Thank you for your comments. We are working on the WiFi reception at our hotel. We have IT professionals coming in March 1 2017 to improve the the reception. During renovations some of the signals were lost so we are revamping the system to improve the quality of the internet. Thank you for Staying with us and we hope to see you again

Nice Hotel

Nice hotel. Checked in late with no problems. Front attendant was nice. Bathroom tub a little rusty around drain. Room itself was comfortable. Breakfast was not complementary and expensive.

Rude staff, called and woke us up.

Pros: Beds were comfortable. Parking was ample and close to our room.
Cons: Limited TV channels. To be more obviously stated on website that breakfast is NOT included.
Location: In the middle of industrial parkway, nothing immediately nearby.
We had an issue with booking related to breakfast, were promised vouchers. When checking in, the staff member was incredibly rude stating people would lose jobs over the vouchers. I found the manager to explain the details, he was indifferent. I received an expedia survey that evening and completed it stating the check in staff was rude. At 10pm the phone rang, waking me and my 5 yo, it was the front desk asking if we needed anything to make our stay more pleasant. He mentioned the survey, I explained, he was very concerned about my previous review. At 10:20 pm, phone rang again, it was the manager yelling at me for my review. How could I rate "staff rudeness if we got our vouchers?" He then hung up on me. Breakfast staff and check out staff were excellent.

Stay here anytime that I fly out of Pittsburgh. very clean hotel. Great customer service.

Nice hotel that was close to the airport.

Pros: Quiet and peaceful.
Location: Hotel was near the airport and not to far from restaurants and mall.
Had a great stay at Wyndham. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was near the airport along with numerous restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. Hotel was very clean with a quiet and peaceful environment. Would definitely consider staying at the Wyndham when I'm in Pittsburgh again.

Location: Near the Pittsburgh airport
This hotel is a bit worn around the edges. Dark, uninviting lobby, elevator was dirty and smelled bad. Room was austere. Furniture was cheap. The TV had very few channels and picture was too dark with no way to adjust. There was no list of TV channels, in fact, there was no information whatsoever in the room regarding the facilities or restaurant. The light bulbs were dim. Floor lamp did not work. The heater was loud. Carpet needed cleaning. Ice machine on my floor did not work. Toilet seat was quite loose and the bottom of the shower curtain liner was pink from mold. Hot water was lukewarm. No bath mat. Plus side: Bed was comfy, towels were soft and thick, room was quiet (except heater).
