Rude staff, called and woke us up.

We had an issue with booking related to breakfast, were promised vouchers. When checking in, the staff member was incredibly rude stating people would lose jobs over the vouchers. I found the manager to explain the details, he was indifferent. I received an expedia survey that evening and completed it stating the check in staff was rude. At 10pm the phone rang, waking me and my 5 yo, it was the front desk asking if we needed anything to make our stay more pleasant. He mentioned the survey, I explained, he was very concerned about my previous review. At 10:20 pm, phone rang again, it was the manager yelling at me for my review. How could I rate "staff rudeness if we got our vouchers?" He then hung up on me.
Breakfast staff and check out staff were excellent.
