Great hotel and location

Pros: The staff was very personable and the look and comfort of the hotel were key. Plus a fabulous location!
Cons: The only downside is it only has one entrance to the grounds.
Location: Everything at Settler's Ridge is great (go to Giant Eagle Marketplace for a ton of great dessert choices) and Robinson Town Centre is so close too!
This is my favorite hotel to stay in if I'm catching an early flight out of Pittsburgh. You can park your car there (for free) the whole time you are gone and they will take you to the airport (if it's after 6 a.m.) and pick you up. I stayed this time with my girls for a fun girls night in Robinson. Lovely staff, stay and hotel. Thank you!

Such a short but great stay!

Was picked up at the airport very quickly. I checked into my room and was looking for a store. The shuttle took me to the store waited and drive me back. I had a very nice chat with the bartender while waiting for the flat bread pizza, which was delicious. I then got a ride back to the airport at 6:30am. Every person I encountered was so nice. Pros: the staff
Location: there was plenty of choices for food nearby it was middle ways between the airport and the stadium
I had a wonderful time during my stay the staff was very congenial and helpful I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Room and amenities were lovely. Location was perfect. Only complaint was some noticeable dirt in places but nothing that I couldn't overlook for 1 night.

Quick check in - staff were so nice and helpful witb recommendations for where to eat - where to shop - etc. Shuttle took us anywhere we wanted to go and then picked us up which was perfect since we went out for drinks!! Will stay here again!

Loved my stay comfortable bed great breakfast!

Pros: Well kept friendly staff!
Cons: Clarity about the airport to hotel shuttle service at night.
Location: Great location close to shopping and dining.
Shuttle service from airport to hotel??? Evacuated from our hotel in Florida on Thursday due to hurricane Irma. We arrived at the hotel on Thursday night after taking the last flight out before the airport was closed due to hurricane Irma. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed. I informed the late night staff about the later arrival. I was told to get a receipt from the taxi as no shuttle was available as promised when I booked. The desk host assured me I would be reimbursed after showing receipt. However upon arrival, I was told by another staff a refund was not possible. I am unhappy about the way airport shuttle was handled. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Clean and very comfortable room friendly and attentive staff. Would certainly recommend to a friend.
