Could have been cleaner in bathroom. Their were dirt rings on tub and other persons hair left behind.

It was decent the bed was comfortable the only thing is especially if you don't have a car it's really not that much that you can do.

I could hear the guy next to my room talking on the phone at 11:30 and then I could hear him snoring at 1:30 so that didn't make me happy

Friendly staff. Will book again.......... Wish there was a hot tub though........Nothing else to add but have to keep writing bc it says I have to.

Distugsting!

Location: Nothing was near by
The bedspread had holes/burns in it. The shower had mold in it. The air conditioner was full of goopy wet smelly mold. The carpet had horrible stains all over it. The wall paper was peeling off. The chair was dry & flaking. There was a bug in my coffee pot. There was urine stains on the bathroom wall. Breakfast consisted of stale bagels, cereal, & bananas. Staff was extremely rude. Never said hello when I checked in. They sent me to a room that was occupied & then said it wasn't. Like I was lying! Had to ask for towels because my room didn't get cleaned for 4 days!!! Again they said I was basically lying. They claimed my 'do not disturb sign' was up all those mornings. I bought a can of Lysol & spread the room down everyday. I have pictures of all this. RUN FAST away from this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice hotel close to Mall and food.

Nice place. Workers all very pleasant. Rooms are small and I wouldn't call the Queen size beds queens. ( kinda smaller). But was only looking for a place to sleep while being out sight seeing each day. We have stayed here 3 other times and have had no problems. The rates are priced low and this place works for our needs.

Great hotel ,close to everything

We were looking for a place that was centrally located to walking distance to everything. We were able to walk to dinners, drinks and lots of window shopping. Rates were better than expected too.

For the money worth the stay.

Hotel is a little dated, everyone was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. 20 minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh.
