First room had inop key reader. Next room had hanging toilet flush handle and clogged sink drain.

Short stay

There was a unpleasant smell in the room when we first walked in could not tell if it was the cleaning supplies they used. It was there again after they tidied up the room on our second day so I assumed it was. Parking was a problem. They hold events and have a restaurant which made it hard for whoever was staying there to find a space to park when returning happened several different times when returning. They need to add more parking spaces.

Shower and sink didn't drain. Called on noise complaint 3 times and their solution was to have is move. The hotel itself was clean, but noise and maintenance made this one I will not return to.

Exceptional value for a Hilton brand

Close to airport with shuffle. Buffet breakfast was very good...and yumm - the warm welcome cookie. Room was clean and quiet. I needed a couple things and staff was very responsive in providing them. Top notch service and again exceptional value. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Rooms had damaged furniture, peeling wallpaper. No hot water for one of the days of the trip. Key card takes several swipes to finally 'work'. Rude guest service personnel.
