Nice hotel, minor flaws

Hotel and staff were nice. Clean rooms, comfy bed. About 30minutes from Heinz Field. Only flaw was the design of the showers. The floor just flooded everytime we used it.

something's wrong

Hotel never received the reservation from hotel.com. we arrived at 1 am and were told we had no reservation. We had to pay twice. You can imagine we don't have a lot of confidence in the system.

Nice place, no space!

The hotel and staff were lovely. By the time we arrived there were no places to park, so we had to park next door in the lot for the adjacent hotel. We had to walk and carry our bags across two parking lots after midnight and a 9 hour drive.

The hotel met our needs for the short time we were there. The only mishap was our flight came in late at night and the free shuttle was shared by other surrounding hotels. There were so many people looking to get on the bus that we knew we would be waiting for more than one bus. Took a Lyft instead but it cost about 20 bucks.

Nice hotel close to the airport

Convenient to airport, good breakfast. Would be nice if they allowed Expedia guests to leave car while flying.

Parking

Pros: Typical Hampton Inn clean and nice amenities.
Cons: Parking
Had to illegally park along with several other cars because they were so full and no place to park.
